One of my most memorable engagement shoots ever. :) We had tons of fun! It was adventure to find nooks and crannies around subic where we could possibly shoot to our hearts' content. The weather was an answered prayer...we had awesome blue skies! And considering it was a Saturday, there were only a few tourists at that time in Subic! Andrew and Jules were a joy to direct and they eventually felt comfortable as the day progressed. Oh Jules is already into her 4th month of pregnancy (di halata noh? hehe) during this shoot and the only thing she requested not do was to jump. But for the rest she was game. Will post the behind the scenes pics of this shoot! Fun!!
To Andrew and Jules thanks so much for a fun day, accommodating us and smiling all throughout the shoot! Thanks also for super filling our tummies the whole day! ^_^ hihi.

This the TND's (thursday night devotions) evangelistic concert celebrating their 1st year anniversary. This bible study has grown so big and it was a joy to see a lot of the young singles come together. This is definitely the start of something great!

At Imagine Nation we get to do some birthday party shoots as well. :) This was held in wack wack country club and we had a blast! Though the surprise plans stressed the family of the celebrant, it did pay off in the end :) As he was completely shocked! :) Funny also that Ipe, our lovable assistant, showed up out of the blue with the complete array of lenses in stow! haha! He was sent by sir jong daw.. haha! Had fun playing with the 17-55 ( i claim you in the near future!) the long lens and the fish eye. Carlo also tested his new baby on this shoot :) The food was awesome.. teehee may take home pa kami! Ipe took the whole bottle of wine home.....xD Anyway congrats to the family! Chinese celebrations are always fun :)

Met cacat a few weeks back..I remember that this was the shoot that i had a big blister under my foot! I hobbled around the big grounds of the house lugging along the camera. Was really in much pain. Wish I could have shot more. Erron's shots were simply amazing! I must learn creative lighting. Oh met Jason Magbanua too.. idol! Super talented guy :)
Any way just thought of sharing these as I have been browsing through picture files that I have yet posted.

Covered an event for my friend joy at In-yo Fusion restaurant in katipunan. It was quite difficult for me to push through with the shoot as I learned this morning that my mom has a nodule in her left breast that might be malignant.. I had to leave with a breaking feeling in my heart. I wanted to stay home and be with my mom but at the same time I had to honor a commitment. I rushed to the shoot and shot down a can of ion and some jellyace and poured out my best in the shoot to keep my mind busy.. .

Mom will have another check up today. There is a chance that the biopsy would be done this weekend. Was not able to sleep much thinking about things.. but this realized I must keep myself healthy and be strong for my mom. ls continue to pray for the family.
Tagged along with Erron, Robert and Don G for this shoot at ABS CBN for the Hiram na Mukha Sineserye shoot. We shot Heart, Ms. Pie, Katya Santos, Tj, Jeff and a veteran actress that I forgot the name! oh no! The shoot went well and easy and we had so much fun! The actors and actresses were very cooperative and we would have funny moments in between shoots.Learned a lot about studio lighting and know how to assemble a lightbox already haha! LOL! Hope we could come back again next time for a future shoot! Posted pics also in my multiply site.
Finally will get a try in wedding photography tomorrow, Feb 24, 07. I'll be Vaing for John Ong and team. The wedding will be at the Hyatt and starts at 4pm. Call time for me is at 11am at the Oasis. Been browsing through different wedding pictures half of the day and haha can't wait to try it out tom. Eventually I hope to develop my own style in the future. I really don't know what to expect and stuff but am blessed to have an opportunity to capture a magical event of a couple whose lives would be changed forever. Will post some pics soon! The geek in me is now researching and checking out pics from the Hyatt website..LOL! geeks will be geeks i guess! I just want to get an idea of how the place would look like and visualize where I would be positioning myself haha!
